Welcome to nextroutine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nextroutine mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.
By downloading, installing, or using nextroutine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nextroutine. Please read them carefully before using our services.

nextroutine offers the following subscription plans:
IMPORTANT: nextroutine does NOT offer a free trial period. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and you will be charged right away.
We encourage you to carefully review the app's features, screenshots, and descriptions in the App Store before subscribing. Once you subscribe, you will have immediate access to all premium features.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account. Apple handles all payment processing, and we do not have access to your payment information.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewals. You will be notified of any price changes in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

The App, including its design, features, functionality, code, graphics, and celebrity routine templates, is owned by nextroutine and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

We do not guarantee that using nextroutine will result in any specific outcomes, habit formation, productivity improvements, or other results. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXTROUTINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nextroutine, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at support@nextroutine.app. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nextroutine operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you have a dispute with nextroutine, you agree to first contact us at support@nextroutine.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
