How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iOS device, tap your name at the top, select "Subscriptions", choose nextroutine, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

No, all subscription purchases are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period. This policy is clearly stated in our Terms of Service. For exceptional circumstances, you may contact Apple directly through their support channels.

Is there a free trial?

No, nextroutine does not offer a free trial. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase. We encourage you to review the app features, screenshots, and user reviews in the App Store before subscribing to ensure it meets your needs.

How do I sync my data across devices?

Your data automatically syncs across all your devices when you sign in with the same Apple ID. Make sure you're connected to the internet and signed in with the same account on all devices. Sync happens in real-time when you make changes.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@nextroutine.app with your request. We will process your account deletion within 30 days. Note that some transaction records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data remains stored but you will lose access to premium features. Your data is not automatically deleted when you cancel - you must request account deletion separately if desired.

I'm having technical issues. What should I do?

First, try restarting the app and ensuring you have the latest version installed from the App Store. If the issue persists, contact us at support@nextroutine.app with details about the problem, including your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.
