  • Focus timer functionality and features
  • Challenge system and gamification elements

Permitted Use

  • Copy or replicate our celebrity routine templates for distribution

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

User-Generated Content

When you create routines, challenges, notes, or other content within nextroutine, you retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant nextroutine a limited license to:

  • Store your content securely on our servers (via Supabase)
  • Process your content to provide app functionality
  • Sync your content across your devices
  • Back up your content for data protection
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data for improving our services

Your Privacy is Protected: We will never use your personal routine data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties without your consent. Your habit tracking data, progress, and personal notes remain private and are only used to provide you with the app's functionality.

You may delete your content at any time by deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for more information about data retention and deletion.

Third-Party Content

Our application may include content licensed from third parties, including:

  • Celebrity routine templates and information
  • Motivational quotes and content
  • Icons and design elements
  • Third-party libraries and frameworks

The availability of nextroutine on the App Store does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license granted in our Terms of Service.
